Cedar Grove Hollow Family Farm is a veteran owned working farm located in Baker, Florida, where beekeeping, seasonal growing, and small-batch production come together under one operation. Everything we produce is shaped by the land we steward and a belief that food and everyday goods should be made with care, transparency, and respect for the process. *Ora et Labora* is our family’s guiding principle for our life’s work.

Our approach is guided by the natural rhythms of Northwest Florida, allowing us to focus on what can be grown, harvested, and produced responsibly—without forcing scale or shortcuts. This philosophy keeps our work grounded in quality rather than volume and informs every decision we make, from hive management to product handling.

Beekeeping is central to the farm. Our hives are managed year-round by our family beekeepers with an emphasis on colony health, responsible practices, and local forage that reflects the surrounding environment. Each honey harvest varies naturally with the seasons, producing distinct flavors, colors, and textures. From these hives comes Cedar Hollow HoneyWorks, our dedicated honey line featuring raw honey, creamed honey, and thoughtfully crafted infused varieties. All honey is produced in small batches and handled with care to preserve its natural character, because real honey should reflect where it comes from.

In addition to beekeeping, we grow peppers and other seasonal crops that follow Florida’s growing cycles. These crops change throughout the year based on what thrives naturally, allowing us to remain closely connected to planting, tending, and harvest rather than relying on year-round monoculture production. Seasonal growing keeps our operation flexible, honest, and responsive to the land.

The farm also produces a range of natural living goods inspired by traditional, practical solutions for everyday use. These include honey-based hand bar soaps and bubble baths, beeswax-lined bread bags and reusable food covers, natural sponges, and other thoughtfully sourced items. Each product is made in small batches with a focus on functionality, quality materials, and simple formulations that support a more intentional, low-waste way of living.
